This exciting and engaging section welcomes youth members ages 7 to 12 and offers a wonderful introduction to the world of twirling. Designed with less technical movement than the Majorette section, Junior Cutie Flags gives members the opportunity to build confidence, coordination, and performance skills at a comfortable pace. Using a flag attached to a uniquely styled baton, participants will learn routines featuring large, expressive arm movements and dynamic whirlwind sounds, while mirroring elements of the Junior Cutie Majorettes’ routines. This section also incorporates a military-style march with conservative dance movements that encourage self-expression and confidence building.
