Nishanthi Bailey
Head of Fundraising
This role is charged with being creative and thinking outside the box.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hosting events to give back to the members
- Raising funds towards multiple things
- Members Uniforms (random selection)
- Equipment/Accessories
- Drum/Twirling Lessons
- International Performances

Ronald Mills
Head of Pre & Post-Parade
This role works alongside our volunteers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-parade prep
- Truck decorating (and loading)
- Location for decorating
- Securing transportation rental
- Securing volunteers
- Securing supplies
- Medical etc.
- Post-parade prep
- Removing decorations (and offloading)
- Transporting supplies to storage
Denoris Smith
Head of Volunteers
This role works hand-in-hand with our fundraising committee. Each member of this committee is heavily reliable as they are the glue to helping us with performances, tag days and so much more.
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing volunteers and medical team for Bermuda Day
