​There is a Uniform Contract below that you must read and sign for return to Management@phcmdc.com.  Other documents are the Policies and Procedures, Uniform Information, and Practice Attire Requirements.  All should be read before signing the Uniform Contract.

Rehearsals scheduled each term are usually:

              Spring Term: January – June

              Fall Term :  September – December

 

Dates are confirmed at the beginning of Registration which is usually 2 months prior to the start of the first practice..
