T's Twirling Academy
Want to learn how to twirl?
Sign up here to take private lessons with Tawana Lee, who has 34 years of experience in baton twirling, and has taught individuals from age 5 to 60 years old how to be a majorette. The Academy is completely separate from PHCMDC and is beneficial to those who want to learn how to twirl to eventually join a majorette group in Bermuda, or start one of their own.
PHCMDC members receive a discounted price of $20 per hour, and practices are usually held at Bulls Head Car Park, or another location organized by the instructor.
The three skill levels to sign up for are:
1. Beginners: This session is for individuals who need to know the basics for twirling a baton. If you have never twirled a baton before, or havent twirled for a long time, this session is for you
2. Intermediates: This session is for individuals who want to explore various tricks with baton twirling and wish to combine the basics with tricks.
3. Advanced: This session is for those individuals that know how to twirl, but want to learn advanced tricks and complete routines using two batons or more, along with high tossing and gymnast type moves with the baton.
We recommend all new PHCMDC members and returning members to start with the beginner and intermediate sessions if you have not been twirling for a while. Current members are encouraged to participate in the advanced sessions at your leisure.

Lessons
Lesson prices are $20 per hour for PHCMDC members Only. Regular price is $25 per hour. Group sessions available upon request. Email twirlbda@gmail.com.
Refund Policy
Should you sign up for a session and cannot make it due to illness or family emergency, please communicate with Tawana via phone call or email and she will reschedule your session for a later date. There will be no refunds for no shows or late arrivals.
Batons
Batons will be provided every session, but students are encouraged to bring their own baton to get used to using their specific size while learning to twirl.

Payments for T's Twirling Academy is separate from PHCMDC, and can be made by direct online transfer to the following account:
