PHCMDC Uniform Deposit - 02

2025 Term, second uniform payment.
 
This 2nd uniform payment goes towards the total cost of the Uniform required for performances for the 2025 Spring Term.  All members starting in January 2025, will be required to purchase a uniform for performances scheduled from May 2025 to April/May 2026.   
 
The Uniform payments will be as follows:
 
November 30th, 2024 - Uniform Deposit - $150
December 31st, 2024 - Uniform Deposit #2 - $250
January 31st, 2025 - Accessory Payment 1
February 28th, 2025 - Final Payment for Balance
