PHCMDC Annual Walk-a-thon Fundraiser 2024

We have provided a great opportunity for our members to raise funds towards their 2024 Bermuda Day Parade Uniform. Members and (starting this year) anyone from the community will be able to seek pledges from family members and friends and commit themselves to walking from the PHC Field to the BIU Building.

The more pledges received the more money will go towards the purchase of their 2024 Bermuda Day Parade Uniform or expenses.  If a member is able to raise more than what their full uniform and accessories cost, the balance left over can be donated by member's choice, to another member who may need assistance in paying for their uniform.  Otherwise, the funds will be allocated to the PHCMDC Fund which can assist with purchase of equipment, shipping costs, and any other expenses related to the Bermuda Day Parade. This will be allocated once all pledge sheets and monies have been returned to the Management Team. All members who have raised funds are required to participate on that day, and if seriously ill, you must send someone to participate on your behalf in order for the funds to be applied to your uniform.

We will require Parents, relatives, and/or friends of PHCMDC to volunteer as Marshalls along the route.  Donations of water, oranges and refreshments are being accepted as they are for participants along the route. If you are available to participate as a Marshall or donate an item, please advise the Management Team by email at management@phcmdc.com or call 333-7422.

Everyone is welcomed to partake in this fun-filled event; however we ask that all participants wear BLACK and/or WHITE`). We appreciate your participation and support as members of PHCMDC.
